Shipping policy

Handling and Processing Allocation: All finalized purchase receipts require a handling and packaging allocation of 1 to 3 standard business days (excluding regional holidays and weekends) before courier pickup. An electronic confirmation note is transmitted out once the parcel departs our warehouse hub.

Standard Delivery Timelines: Following the fulfillment processing block, our global distribution partners require approximately 3 to 12 business days to achieve final doorstep drop-off. Please note that these delivery windows represent logistical calculations and can shift depending on regional line-haul performance, cross-border custom screenings, or unforeseen regional crises.

Shipment Monitoring: Once your package leaves our fulfillment gates, a unique shipment tracking number is automatically generated and emailed to your customer profile. You can follow the daily progress via the provided carrier interface. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking metrics to update in the system.

Duties and Import Tariffs: aventrara.shop does not cover or pay for international customs clearings, import taxes, or local administrative handling fees. Any such financial obligations incurred during the distribution route must be completely managed by the buyer.
